Photographers' Britain: Oxfordshire was part of a set of books commissioned by Alan Sutton in which photographers were given the opportunity to provide a fresh look at areas well known to them, often showing familiar places in a new light. Each of the seventy black and white photographs had accompanying text written by the photographer.
